Nov. 4 – Morning Assembly, Gear Up special speaker Arel Moody, College Success (schedule TBD)

Nov. 4 – 3:30 p.m. in PAC, Arel Moody will speak to GHS staff members (this will replace the regularly scheduled staff meeting on Nov. 2)

Nov. 4 – 6:00 p.m., PAC, Mr. Moody will speak to parents and community members in an adult session

Nov. 5 – Thanksgiving lunch in cafeteria

Nov. 5 – SBA re-takes (list of students under construction . . . )

Week of Nov. 9-13:  “College Connections Week” (Monday -- Financial Aid Night; Tuesday – College Application Day; Thursday – NMSU Career & Internship Day;  also, watch for information on other college activities, and get your class ready to win a pizza party!  More info coming)

Nov. 17 – GHS presents our EPSS plans and goals to the School Board

Credit Recovery: The cost to recover credits for a failed class is $200.00 per half credit.

Tutoring, Library, and Computer Lab Times Available--Check with your child's counselor

Parking permits are now required to park in student parking on the Grants High School campus. Student parking permits must be purchased and visible on student vehicles. Vehicles will no longer be able to park on campus without the proper permits. Any vehicle parked on campus or G/CCS property is subject to search as per district Board Policy.
